• Authentication identifier (UID) — used to associate your account with your purchase status
• Payment status — whether your account has an active purchase, stored against your account

We do not collect or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.

• Complete a purchase through Stripe Checkout

We store your email, authentication identifier, and payment status in our secure database (Firestore). Access to this database is strictly limited to authorized personnel only. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your app preferences (window size, animation speed, files, tasks, custom shortcuts, etc.) are stored only locally on your device, in a settings file, and are never transmitted to our servers.

06Data Transmission

Winotch checks your account’s purchase status with our servers when the app starts and whenever it changes, to keep your access in sync. The App also periodically checks for new versions via our update server. No other data is collected or transmitted during normal use of the App.

07Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in relation to Winotch:

• Firebase Authentication — handles sign-in via Google and GitHub
• Firestore — stores your email, authentication identifier, and payment status
• Firebase Cloud Functions — processes checkout creation and payment confirmation
• Stripe — processes payments; we never see or store your card details
• Firebase Storage — hosts app update files used for automatic updates

These services are used solely for authentication, payment processing, and app updates, and do not have access to any other data from your use of the App.

08No Telemetry or Additional Data Collection

We want to emphasize that Winotch does not include any telemetry features or usage analytics. We do not track how you use the App, collect behavioral data, or gather any information beyond what is necessary for authentication and payment verification.

• Request deletion of your personal information from our systems
